Although a great option, it was not offered as much as face to face in counselling and psychotherapy, as it was deemed to be less personal and less relational. Yet, in this modern technological era, online therapy is now increasing popular and an effective method of therapeutic delivery.
So now with just a click of a button or the use of a mouse, you can access your therapy via most types of tech devices and from all sorts of platforms.
For some, this is a better option as it’s a pretty easy process! It really is up to you.
