Counselling Service in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire

Hello and welcome.

Our aims and values are to provide you with the best possible psychotherapeutic service. We offer office appointments, online and telephone for individuals and couples (over 16 years of age). Our vision is to provide a counselling practice that ultimately promotes positive mental health and self-awareness.

We promote personal development and always support you in making the positive life changes you need.ber

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, or navigating a relationship with a narcissistic partner, we're here to support you.

Feeling lost, hopeless, sad, anxious, or scared? Experiencing an abusive relationship? It's easy to feel like you've lost your way and don't know what to do next. But remember, help is available, and you're not alone. Many of us go through tough times, losing ourselves and our sense of direction, struggling to find a path forward.

Life's curveballs can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling lost and unsure of our next move. In those moments, a guiding hand and a fresh viewpoint can cut through the chaos. We can navigate these difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors together, exploring your current experiences in greater depth.

We will work together to enable you to achieve these life goals and make lasting changes, putting you on the path to a more positive journey.

Remember, we all struggle to survive sometimes and that's okay!

We totally understand that it is hard to ask for help! For most it’s an unknown and scary territory. But by taking that first step and reaching out, you will have started to make that positive change and take back control.

Psychotherapy is an effective means of therapy, it enables you to heal, to look at things from a different perspective, and places you back on the right path.
